The weekend is here (THANK GOODNESS!!) and we have been invited to a cocktail party! Shindig season has started and I can't wait to get out my dresses and act like a human doll.  I think the woman in this painting is all geared up and ready to go to her own party as well.  I love her cascading red frills and her fancy hat.  The dress I chose reminds me of an updated version of this Parisian scene, too bad I'm not in Paris.
